ACCUAIR – Two Booths at SEMA 2021

OBJECTIVES

ACCUAIR is sort of “Relaunching” themselves at SEMA 2021 with (2) Booths. Client needs Turnkey Support with (2) Booths at SEMA 2021 as well as some “Outdoor” vehicle displays. All look and feel between all locations should be consistent but not exactly the same.

The product is Remote Air Suspension Systems on vehicles

The brand and the product are Premium High End, and the designs and finishes should reflect that.

Booth 1 Requirements and Considerations:
• The Main Booth for ACCUAIR at SEMA
• Split Island booth, 30’ x 40’ footprint
• Need some sort of “Backwall” to dissect the Island from the neighboring booth, however the majority of the rest of the footprint should be relatively “open” and easy to access from the three sides.
• A High End vehicle (or two) on display
• There is a need for Product Demo Tables, Large Touch Monitor, Possible Office & Storage integrated into Back Wall, a couple of excess Video Monitors.
• The “Product” on display in this booth is an Air Suspension System that allows for vehicles to be lowered and lifted. Not only is the client selling the “system” that installs on the vehicle for this, but also is using a Phone Application to control and customize this experience for clients.
• Hanging ID

Booth 2 Requirements and Considerations:
• New Product Launch – Lifting Equipment on a Jeep & UTV = (2) Vehicles in the Booth
• Split Island booth, 30’ x 40’ footprint
• This is the first application of their tech in sort of an “Off Roading” type of environment. .
• Jeep “lifting” is operated via an App on a Cell Phone
• Hanging ID
• Product Tables
• Back Wall
• Video Opportunities
• Storage

Outdoor Vehicle Displays:
In addition to the (2) Booths, ACCUAIR will have an outdoor “display” space where (2) Vehicles will be on display. It is common at SEMA for Cars to be littered all over the property, from a display stand point, many times there is NO branding or displays at these vehicles, however it is possible to integrate some sort of branding, ID, etc.
