BOSE - Customer Onboarding

OBJECTIVES

Develop set of display properties that helps Bose convert OEM stakeholders into Bose Brand Advocates. The look and feel will resemble a pop-up store look. The display will travel in North America to a variety of different OEM’s. The display needs to be flexible enough to set up in any location (indoor or outside under a tent).

The display elements include:
• Welcome Desk
• History Wall (existing)
• Consumer Insight Area with a monitor
• Meeting room for up to 6 people with table and chairs
• 2 cars in layout
• Option to re-purpose some of the Roadshow properties
• Don’t exceed 8ft on wall panels
• Don’t include the flooring

IDEATIOn

In the beginning the “must have” element was an existing 20’ long History Wall, which needed to be included in different space configurations. Also, the client wanted to include in the layout two vehicles to demonstrate the technology.

Breaking the large History Wall into the four segments helps to open up the space. The smaller properties are easier to set up and rearrange creating different configurations depending on a venue.
