One-bedroom Apartment, Ukraine - 2020
OBJECTIVES
To design a 45 sq m apartment for a female client, located in Ukraine. She is downsizing and ready for a fresh start in an one-bedroom newly built apartment.

INSPIRATION • Design Language
Working with the client I tried to understand her likes/dislikes, her needs for the space and color preferences. I was showing various design references, color/material combinations to see which ones resonate with the client. During the process we defined the favorite layout and overall mood.

Clean lines with deep color contrast
The emerald green statement wall plays perfectly with the balance of white and soft touch of wood.
The gloss of the white wardrobe adds vibrancy.
There is a coat rack, storage for shoes, hats and jackets on a left side of the corridor. Right side has a large mirror with a little shelf for small items such glasses, keys, gloves, etc.
Bedroom
The coziness of a soft green is unparalleled.
A rich textured wall covering in sage green with blue undertones suggest warmth and sophistication and inspire tactile experience. Paired with neutral bedding and decor, it's the epitome of stress relief.

Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen
Sage green and emerald colors to bring peace and calm. Gallery wall gives the room just right amount of of liveliness without being too overbearing.

Small but functional kitchen in matte charcoal and gloss white. The upper cabinets run up to the ceiling to provide a lot of storage and keep minimalistic look. There is a closet behind the fridge to store a vacuum and other household items.
