The Impact Festival is a three-day, exclusive, invite-only event meticulously designed to celebrate the unique potential of each intern while showcasing the personalized career paths available at PwC. We've crafted an experience for more than 3,500 interns that goes beyond a typical corporate gathering, focusing on non-stop excitement with headline entertainers, surprise guests, and unique experiences to ensure interns won't want to miss a moment.
Our design objectives centered on creating an environment that fosters genuine connection and growth. Interns will have unparalleled opportunities to engage directly with PwC thought leaders and industry innovators, gaining insights into the future of business. The festival is also a hub for experiencing the latest technology firsthand, providing a glimpse into the innovative tools that drive our work. Beyond professional development, we've integrated opportunities for interns to use their skills and energy to support communities in need, reinforcing PwC's commitment to making a lasting impact.
A key design goal was to facilitate powerful networking. We've created a vibrant environment where interns can connect not only with their fellow interns but also build valuable relationships with over 400 PwC partners and employees. This collaborative atmosphere is integral to helping interns chart their journey forward and personalize their career within our community of solvers.
